St. Ignatius proposed frequent examinations of our consciousness of how God is present and active in our lives as a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Every Tuesday evening, between 8:15 and 8:45, one of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus will companion with you, as you do the Examen. The first Tuesday of the month will offer teaching and practice of the basic Daily Examen; other Tuesdays will guide participants through particular Examens on a variety of topics.
