Mothers with babies in strollers will join instructor Carina Huggins for a gentle stroll and a brief topic of discussion centered around positivity and thriving in early motherhood. Carina will share
coaching insights and tools designed to support new moms at this sometimes challenging stage of life.. The group will be provided with a question/topic to explore as they walk and connect with each other, stopping along the way for mindfulness and nature reconnection exercises.
