Mindful Running: Maximizing Fitness and Well-Being, with Annette Ng (outdoor)

What if you took running and incorporated aspects of meditation? Leave the earbuds at home and discover how being more aware of your breath, body and senses can hone your focus, help you run further, and increase the enjoyment of your runs. You will be guided through a series of cues, each followed by a two minute jog along the Stream Changes loop at the Bow Valley Ranch.
