Friday, November 24 is the International Street Festival from 6:30-9:30 pm in the Harvest Rooms and Main Street of First Alliance Church. Come taste food from different regions of the world, and journey through “Project Experience,” an interactive walk-through that will allow you to expand your worldview and empower you to live on mission. You’ll hear personal stories of International Workers connected to Calgary, and learn about how you can join them in prayer, help out by giving, or even volunteer a few weeks with them. This evening event is free but if you’d like to try sample plates of international dishes, you can purchase your food tickets in advance for $5 per ticket (sample portions).
