Join Humainologie on World Mental Health Day for a conversation about breaking the stigma around mental health and how we can be more open and supportive with each other around our mental wellness. Followed by a speed conversation set where participants have 3-4 minute conversations with at least six new people. We will also be launching a new exhibit, “The Broken Narrative”, by Nirvana Seepersaud, which will share photographs and stories from Calgarians about mental health.
