• The Women Build is Habitat for Humanity’s unique fundraising event that brings women together to address the housing crisis facing thousands of women and children around the world.

• The need in Southern Alberta is great – more than 35,000 families live in need of affordable housing.
• The goal for Women Build 2015 is to raise $375,000 to help local families break the cycle of poverty.
• More than 300 women will be on the Habitat build site in Redstone, working on the final three duplexes of the project for six local families.
• It’s easy to get involved. Corporate sponsorships are available, and individual women can sign up to fundraise and participate on the build. Men can support the women in their lives by helping them reach their fundraising goals.
• There is a fundraising minimum of $250 per person per day for individuals who sign up and fantastic fundraising prizes.
