The Vision

The Walk for Hope is a chance to come together on behalf of our city and those overcoming homelessness and addiction. It is a time to spark change and build each other up. It is an opportunity to say “I Choose Hope” – hope for my neighbours, hope for my community, and hope for Calgary.

The Walk

This 3km walk will start the Calgary Dream Centre and wrap around Stanley Park. We will have a scavenger hunt for kids to complete along the way. Dogs are welcome, but please make sure they are on a leash.

At the end, each participant will have an opportunity to sign their name to the giant I Choose Hope board which will be displayed inside the Dream Centre for all to see. This will be a physical symbol of hope and show every client of the Dream Centre that their community cares!

Create a team or sign up as an individual by clicking one of the buttons above and following the prompts. Set a goal and raise what you can by July 11^th to support recovery!
