Climb for the kids at Casa Connor
November 18 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
| $50.00 – $60.00
Want to climb the stairs at the Calgary Tower for a great cause?
100% of the funds raised will go to the MCA (Mexico’s Canadian Angels Foundation) supporting children with special needs at Casa Connor.
The MCA is a registered Canadian charity focused on providing educational and therapeutic opportunities, improving health, nutrition, and introducing much needed respite services for families of children with disabilities.
Our work is carried out at Casa Connor, a facility built in Mexico, largely by Canadians, as a legacy to Connor Vanderveen who had Hunter Syndrome.
Connor was born and lived his short life
in Calgary. Connor’s life legacy provides much-needed hope for many, many children with special needs.
As an additional tribute to Connor, the Calgary Tower will be lit up orange for the evening
of November 18, 2023.
Come climb the 802 stairs at the Calgary tower! The event runs from 8:30am until 12:00pm. All ages welcome to climb as many times as you’d like within the timeframe. Feel free to stick around and take pictures on the observation deck after your climb!
Help us raise the much needed funds that allow us to continue offering the programs and services we provide. Help us improve the lives of children with special needs and their families in the Puerto Vallarta area in Mexico.
