A volunteer and donation drive in support of The Women in Need Society. Tragically, this wonderful Calgary based social-enterprise experienced numerous break-in and acts of vandalism during the 2014 holiday season- resulting in 10’s of thousands in damages and loss. CTV News, AMJ Campbell and The GREEN Network are supporting this event in hopes of raising awareness and donations for critically needed items for their thrift stores to help meet the increased demands that today’s economy has presented. WINS operates a FREE GOODS by referral program and to date in 2015 they have given away over $150,000 in free goods to women and families in need.
The shelves and distribution center is running low on specific items- help us help WINS, to Win in 2015.
