Cheryl & Cheryl will take you on a journey exploring ancient wisdom from our First Nations and Celtic heritages. We will look at teachings and practices of our Elders, and discover the deep truths of honour, respect, humility, silence, attentiveness, and discover how they align with our Sacred Scriptures. We will delight in creation, and allow that to draw us nearer our Creator. We will slow down, breath deep, and experience a heightened awareness of all our senses: listening, touching, seeing, smelling, tasting. We will find rest for our souls.
