Health and Wellness Of Canada celebrate 25 years in Canada

Calgary, Alberta – The Health and Wellness Expos of Canada is celebrating it’s 25th year in Canada providing healthy options for Canadians in Western Canada. The Company, which started in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1994, has now expanded it’s reach to five Canadian cities, including Calgary, Alberta.

The Wellness Expo, as it has come to be known, was created to educate all Canadians to the many options available that promise to enhance or improve a persons quality of life. The concept of ” Wellness ” is to promote self awareness and proactive life care as opposed to the reactive health care we, as Canadians, have come to expect.

“Learning about options in a safe environment rather than accepting any information in a state of duress” is the hope of organizer and show creator Rick Thiessen.

The Wellness Expo focuses on a Whole Life approach which includes areas of wellness such as, but not limited to: Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Nutritional, Emotional, Financial, Environmental, Holistic, Pets, Seniors and now even issues related to the “Healthy Home”.

The Wellness Expo will be present in Calgary at the Stampede Park in the new Nutrien Event Centre on March 8 – 10, 2019 with hundreds of products and services on display from vendors across Canada and the USA. The Wellness Expo is Canada’s largest and most diverse travelling interactive wellness options event.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary, the Health and Wellness Expos of Canada has distributed 20,000 complimentary VIP passes throughout the Calgary area. These passes are available at all participating vendors, sponsors as well as an assortment of wellness related companies in the area. All visitors who have one of these passes can enjoy an entire day at the expo without charge.
