Touch Canada Broadcasting (2006) Inc. Christmas Miracles CJSI Contest Rules 2009

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Contest:

Starting on November 19th and ending on the December 11th 2009 12:00 noon MST/MDT, Touch Canada Broadcasting will offer contestants the opportunity to win one of two prize packages as stated below.   

From November 19th 2009n until December 11th  2009 at 12 Noon MST/MDT 88.9 Shine FM will ask the public to visit the www.cjsi.ca and nominate a family they believe is in need of a Christmas Miracle.  On December 11th at 12:01 PM MST/MDT 5 judges from 88.9 Shine FM will review all entries and 2 winning qualifiers will be chosen. 

On December 12th the two (2) winning entries will then be announced at the Winter Wonderland event held December 12th at Canada Olympic Park at 5:00 PM MST/MDT.

How to Enter:

1.No purchase is necessary.

2.To enter the contest, your official letter must be correctly completed and submitted by e-mail or by dropping it off at this location or mailing it to Touch Canada Broadcasting (2006) Inc., Calgary Office, #100, 4510 Macleod Trail South, Calgary, Alberta, T2G 0A4. One mailed entry per person. All entries must be received by 12:00 noon MST/MDT on the contest deadline date.

The Prize Packages include:

1. 12 months (1 year) of rent at a Boardwalk Rental Communities property in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Boardwalk Rental Communities will pay the expense of buying out the winner’s current lease if necessary.

2. Telus World of Science Admission Passes.

3. Toys from Monkey Mountain Toys and Games

4. All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winner’s responsibilities.

Eligibility:

1.The contest is only open to residents of Calgary, Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18 and over).

2. The contest is not open to individuals who are, or have been, at any time over the duration of the contest or the four months preceding, an employee or representative of, or an immediate family member of or person domiciled with an employee of Touch Canada Broadcasting(2006) Inc., ALL SPONSORS or their advertising or promotional agencies. As well, the contest is not open to the judges, those who are domiciled with them or members of their immediate family.

3. The winners must not currently hold a home mortgage and must be currently paying a monthly rent at any rental property in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Boardwalk Rental Communities will pay the expense of buying out the winner’s current lease if necessary.

4. The winners must meet the set out requirements which will be reviewed and decided upon by a panel of judges.

Prize Draws and Related Requirements:

1.The contest commences on November 19th and ends on the December 11th 2009 at 12:00 noon MST/MDT. The draw dates for the prize(s) will be within one day of contest end date.

2. The contestants whose entry is the winner will be announced at the Winter Wonderland event December 12th and will also be notified by 5:00 pm on the day of the draw.

3. Winning entry will be selected from all eligible entries by Touch Canada Broadcasting (2006) Inc. and Boardwalk Rental Communities judges.

4. For the purpose of contacting the winner, a contact phone number and e-mail address will be required by all entrants for their entry to be considered complete and valid.

5. Within the first two days after a draw, judges will attempt to contact the winning contestant up to (3) three times during regular business hours by phone. If the contestant cannot be contacted during that time their prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be drawn.

6. The winners may be required to answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, skill testing question.

7. All contestants will be required to sign a contest waiver form.

8. All other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the winner’s responsibilities.

Other Rules and Requirements:

1. By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the contest.

2. Entry nomination is limited to 1 per family.

3. Contestants may be required to provide reasonable proof that they meet the requirements of the contest.

4. All decisions by the judges relating to this contest are final.

5. All entries become the property of Touch Canada Broadcasting (2006) Inc. and none will be returned.

6. By participating in this contest and providing your name and contact information you are agreeing to allow us to contact you in the future via email, newsletters and other forms of communication.
