Soulfood - The Greatness of our God

This morning, we played a song by Natalie Grant called "Greatness of Our God".  I just found out that a friend of mine lost her 10 year old son to cancer - and my heart is broken for her.  But the simple phrase "no sky contains and no doubt constrains the greatness of our God" really hit me today - and I found these words in Deuteronomy 32:2-4:

² Let my teaching fall like rain
   and my words descend like dew,
like showers on new grass,
   like abundant rain on tender plants.

 ³ I will proclaim the name of the LORD.
   Oh, praise the greatness of our God!
⁴ He is the Rock, his works are perfect,
   and all his ways are just.
A faithful God who does no wrong,
   upright and just is he.

Amen!  Even in terrible times, amen.
