National Facebook Fast - would you do this with your family?

It's like going back to the year 2000, before the tekkie age was really booming.  But it's a good idea - even once a month, or once a week:   

Woodlands Church in Texas is asking its 17,000-plus members to turn off their laptops, iPods and cell phones, and take a break from technology. They're calling it a National Facebook Fast. For a whole day, the church members are swapping digital communication for face time with family and friends. It's happening today!
