Stats From Ecuador

I love stats. I feel like I better know a place and
it´s people once I´ve processed some of their stats.


60% of the population in Ecuador live in poverty
Everyday 6 babies die in their first month of life in Ecuador
7000 children under the age of 5 die in this country every year
60% of those deaths could be prevented with proper health care and knowledge on the mothers part on how to properly care for their child. 
1 in 4 births is preformed without medical assistance or intervention
1 in 5 children are victims of chronic malnutrition.
Ecuador was graded 4.3 out of 10 in the fulfillment of rights of children under the
age of 5
