***Recipe of the Week***
GREEN GOODNESS PASTA
8 oz pasta of your choice
8-12 oz mushrooms (shitake or oyster)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp sesame seeds
Chopped parsley or scallions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Wash and slice mushrooms.
Add olive oil to skillet, on medium heat.
While heating, crush garlic and chop finely.
When the oil is hot, add garlic and stir.
Add sliced mushrooms and a dash of salt.
Cover mushrooms and allow to cook
When mushrooms are done, add drained pasta and toasted sesame seeds.
Toss everything together until well mixed.
Add freshly ground pepper.
Garnish with parsley or scallion.
