TELUS Spark: The New Science Centre's $6.6M High Definition Digital Dome is now open. It is awesome!

You will be able to fly through our solar system all the way to the edge of the know universe during live planetarium presentations. The database will be continually updated with the latest astronomical data strait from the Amercian Museum of Natural History and NASA. And it's in HD! The screen has four time the resolution of your HD TV at home. Verry cool.

My first thought was birthday party. I remember going to the IMAX for a birthday party when I was a kid. This is like that times four.

It cost $8 for adults and $5 for children on top of your regular admission.
