Coconut Pudding

***Recipe of the Week***
Coconut Pudding
4 cups milk or alternative
1/3 cup agar flakes (found at health food stores)
1 cup milk or alternative mixed with 1/4 cup arrowroot
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup dry coconut
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp vanilla
In a saucepan combing milk and agar flakes.
Heat until the agar dissolves and then add remaining ingredients.
Stir continually, bring to the boil and simmer 5 min. or until it stars to thicken.
Pour into individual bowls or a glass serving bowl and chill 2 hours before serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
