Raida's Ribs for Beef or Pork

Hi Shine!

 My name is Raida Juan, and I want to submit this rib recipe that my family really enjoys .

 

For two whole beef or pork ribs you will need:

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of seasoning salt

1/2 tablespoons of medium curry

1 tablespoons of powdered garlic

Cilantro (optional)

 

These ribs are perfect for family dinners, gatherings, or special occasions. These are the basic steps to prepare the ribs.

 

1. Preheat oven to 375°f

2. Rub in the seasoning salt first, then the curry and lastly the garlic powder 3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice over the spiced ribs 4. Place the ribs on a baking rack ( so that the fat within the meat may drain into it) 5.Place the ribs into the middle oven rack.

6. Bake for an hour until thoroughly cooked.

7. While baking, turn ribs atleast two times.

8. After an hour take the ribs out of the oven and let them cool.

9. Serve ribs and garnish with cilantro ( you may garnish with what you want)

10.Enjoy!!
