Here is my favorite fast and easy dessert for week day dinners. Myself and my husband have been fostering 2 brothers (age 5 and 6) since August. We are 23 years old and newly weds. This is Gods calling for our lives and THIS recipe makes them so happy and warm inside!

Fast n Easy Dessert

Ingredients

1-1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 cup cold water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients in order: vinegar, oil, and water. Mix well. Pour into a cake pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Frost with chocolate frosting!
